CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for all our guests, we understand your time is valuable. If you are arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time, you may be rescheduled for a different day .
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message to let us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, there is a $50 fee. New clients are required to put a $50 deposit towards their service.
