Gift Certificates in any dollar amount are always available. For our busy clients, you can order by phone
and we will mail out your Gift Certificates on the same day.
Cancellation Policy: Please observe the courtesy of cancelling or rescheduling appointments 24-hours in advance.
Cancellations after the required 24-hour notice may result in The Mix SalonSpa not being able to reschedule your
appointment.
If You Are Late...
We request that our guests be punctual to their appointments. We commit ourselves to being as flexible as
possible. However, if you are more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee your full appointmnet time. This is to ensure
that our next guest receives their full appointment.
